• Approx 60 acres of woodland walk on site plus links to footpaths in all directions.
• Pub approx half a mile by footpath.
• Half mile to village with local shop (with cash machine and post office), chip shop and further pub.
• Local takeaways will deliver to site.
• Local taxi company will collect from site.
